In 1966, Hasbro toy company created the Peteena doll-a bizarre fashion poodle that didn’t have very good success on the market. Maybe because it was too weird and kinda creepy? I just found that someone has created a fairly thorough website dedicated to Peteena, including photos, history etc., definitely worth checking out if you love kitsch as much as I do.
